Yes I am using a modded game that does feature the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch mod as well as others, and apparently this caused something funny to happen to the game's code regarding settlers. I would love for something like this to come to fruition. After the naked settlers mod released it furthered my desire to want to 'recruit' settlers as temporary followers and/or companions. But i have no idea where i miss something related to trade with NPC.
